Who it's for

Fleet companies don't need another dashboard.

They need one designed for their docks, drivers and documents.

Freight and logistics
Long-haul and local trucking companies managing vehicles, trips and compliance across depots.
Cab operators
Radio-dispatch and app-based cab fleets that need driver apps and real-time tracking for customers.
Corporate transport
Employee shuttle and car-pool operations with fixed routes, seat loads and corporate billing.
Studios and IT teams
Product teams building fleet software who need a production-ready Figma file to start from.
What's in the file

A handoff-ready file.

Every screen, every component and every token your engineers need to start building.

01
Information architecture
A full IA map covering all three fleet types — trucking, cab and corporate.
02
3D live map
An isometric city illustration with route ribbons, vehicle labels and geofence zones.
03
Driver app
18 phone screens with big targets, an offline queue and type styles for Indian scripts.
04
Screen user flows
7 annotated flows including exceptions — trip handover, partial delivery, refused loads.
05
Every state
Empty, loading, error and edge-case states for every screen in the file.
06
Developer handoff
Named layers, auto-layout, component specs and a token sheet your engineers can read.
How it works

From first call to first commit.

Walkthrough
30 minutes live in the Figma file. We go through the screens for your fleet type.
Quote
A written quote based on your fleet size, modules and chosen package.
Licence
A commercial licence for your company. One file, used however you build.
Handoff
We walk your team through the file. You start building the same day.
Packages

Three ways to work with us.

Every package is quoted on fleet size and scope. There are no published prices — the right number depends on how many vehicles you run and which modules you need.

Licence
The complete Hauler Figma file under a commercial licence for one company.
  • Full Figma file, every page and component
  • Fonts and logos through the tokens
  • Unlimited use in your company's products
  • Handoff session for your team
Recommended for in-house builds
Licence + brand fit
We put your brand on it and trim the file to your fleet type before handing it over.
  • Your colours, fonts and logo through the tokens
  • Screens trimmed to your modules
  • Your terms in the copy
  • Handoff session for your team
Product partnership
Waffle Designs works alongside your team on the screens Hauler doesn't cover yet.
  • Discovery with your dispatchers and drivers
  • New screens for your workflows
  • Usability testing and design support
  • Everything in Licence + brand fit

Hauler is a Figma product design file with specs, not working software. The 3D map is an illustration — not live data. Hauler has not been tested with real users yet, and every screen and number in the design is an illustrative example. Hauler is designed and sold by Waffle Designs, an independent design studio based in India.

Questions buyers ask.

Can we see the file before buying? +
Yes. The walkthrough is a live session in the actual Figma file. You'll see every screen, component and token before we discuss a quote.
Do you build the software? +
No. Hauler is a design file with specs. Your engineering team builds from it. We can introduce you to development partners who know the file if you need them.
Can we use it for more than one product? +
The licence covers one company's own products. If you're an agency building for clients, each client needs their own licence. Contact us and we'll work out the right arrangement.
Which tech stack does it assume? +
None. The file is Figma with a clean token structure. Your engineers build with whatever stack they prefer — React, Flutter, native Android or iOS.
How soon can our engineers start? +
The day the licence is signed. We run a handoff session that covers the component structure, tokens and naming conventions. Most teams are prototyping on day one.
Is there a free version? +
A Personal Licence on the Figma Community covers learning and portfolio use only. For any commercial build, a commercial licence is required.
Let's haul.
